Gotham Knights Multiplayer: How to Unlock and Play Co-op

You can play Gotham Knights with your friends after unlocking co-op multiplayer. The game does not allow you to play with friends from the very beginning. This is to make new players aware of the game mechanics. Thus, there are many guides that you need to go through for this. How to unlock co-op multiplayer in Gotham Knights

You can unlock the multiplayer game by progressing through the main story and completing chapter 1.2 “Langstrom’s Drive”. Depending on the difficulty you’re playing, your approach to enemies, how stealthy you are, and whether you skip cutscenes can affect how quickly you unlock multiplayer for that game. On average, most players should be unlocked in about an hour or two. Here is how you can unlock it:

1. Start by going through the tutorial, this will teach you the basic mechanics of the game. Useful for players new to the series.
2. Then start chapter 1.2 and complete the following tasks:
   1. Exit the bell tower and patrol Gotham City.
   2. Defeat the criminals and collect evidence.
   3. After collecting enough clues, listen to Alfred’s message.
   4. Head to the GCPD meeting point.
   5. Then get to the back entrance to the GCPD headquarters. Try to stay undetected for bonus experience.
   6. Once you get there, enter the headquarters.
   7. Now look for a way to get past the guard post.
   8. Then sneak through the restricted area and get to the bullpen.
   9. Now get to the officer’s bullpen and then go to the other side.
   10. Once you get there, you must open the door to the Forensics Wing.
   11. Then take and use the Sergeant’s Card Key to unlock it.
   12. Now head to the morgue.
   13. Find and examine Longstorm’s body.
   14. Look for the biodecryption key during the search of the body.
   15. Exit the autopsy room and escape the GCPD headquarters.
   16. After you manage to escape, return to the bell tower.
3. When you get to the bell tower, it should be daytime.
4. Now you need to check the evidence boards and complete other training tasks in the Preparing for Patrol mission.
5. Here you need to complete the following tasks:
   • Craft a new melee weapon with a workbench.
   • Complete Interrogation Training
   • Read a newspaper on a workbench
6. Once you complete the 3 tasks above, you will unlock Co-op Multiplayer.
