La Casa de Papel turns into a Korean drama.
Directed by Kim Hong-soon (The Voice, Black), the 12-episode television series Paper Heist: Korea Unified Economic Zone is set in an alternate near future where North and South Korea are about to reunite peacefully. In anticipation of this historic event, countries decide to print a new single currency. But as the realities of capitalism begin to dawn, a group of skilled thieves from both regions, led by the brilliant strategist The Professor, join forces to steal the new currency straight from the source. Thieves, dressed in red overalls and matching masks, break into the new building and hope to carry out the biggest heist in history.
