Today, Motorola India has added a new Moto G series phone to India. The company has unveiled the Moto G82 5G mid-range phone. The device debuted a few weeks ago. As the name suggests, this is a 5G phone with a focus on design and display.
The Moto G82 has a slim and light design and weighs less than 180 grams. In terms of screen, the device features a 10-bit AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6-series chipset. The G82 5G is also IP52 dust and water resistant and comes with ThinkShield for Mobile for business-class security.
Moto G82 5G: price in India and availability
The Moto G82 5G will be available with two RAM and storage options. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 21,499 while the 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 22,999. Moto G82 5G: specifications and features
The Moto G82 5G is equipped with a flagship 6.6-inch 10-bit pOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 or Full HD+. It has a 120Hz screen refresh rate, 91.32% screen-to-body ratio, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and DC dimming. Under the hood, the device is powered by Snapdragon 695 5G with Adreno 619 GPU and offers support for 13 5G bands in India. The phone comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB internal storage. The phone also supports microSD cards up to 1TB.
As for the camera, the device has a triple rear camera. There is a 50MP main camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4. For selfies, the device offers a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The Moto G82 is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 30W TurboPower charging support. In terms of software, the device runs Android 12 out of the box. The phone will also receive two major Android updates.
Other features include side-mounted fingerprint scanner, face unlock, Type-C port (USB 2.0 port, dual speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, 3.5mm headset jack, dual microphones, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1 and hybrid SIM slot. The phone measures 160.89 x 7.99 x 74.46 mm and weighs 173 grams.
