Moto G82 with 120Hz display likely to arrive in India on June 7th

Motorola launched the Moto G82 phone in Europe last month. The phone was later introduced in China as the Moto G71s 5G. Now, the brand appears to be gearing up to launch its latest G-series offering in the Indian market. An OnSiteGo report says the Moto G82 5G will launch in the country on May 7th.

Additionally, popular tipster Mukul Sharma on the microblogging site Twitter confirmed the same and also confirmed that the Indian variant of the Moto G82 5G will come with a 120Hz 10-bit pOLED display. Moto G82 launched on the European market, so the full specifications are already known. Let’s take a closer look at the features, specifications, and price of the Moto G82.

Moto G82 5G: features, specifications and price

The latest G-series phone features a 6.6-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel has room for a front-facing selfie camera inside a cutout in the center.

Under the hood of the all-new Moto G82 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. The phone offers 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS storage. The smartphone boots Android 12, but on top of Android, as usual, there is a MyUX skin.

The Moto G82 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. There’s also a dual-tone LED flash that accompanies the rear cameras. The Moto G82 uses a 16MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls.

Moto’s latest G-series device comes with a 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charging support. The phone gets a Type-C port for charging and data transfer. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles as a power button. The phone offers expandable storage as it comes with a micro-SD card slot.

The Moto G82 is priced at €329.99 (around Rs 26,500). However, we can expect it to launch at a lower price in the country.
