Mujjo’s new environmentally-friendly leather case protects the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models but a non-Pro version also fits older iPhones.
The leather on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus cases wraps around the camera bump to protect the lenses. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max cases feature a machined metal frame around the camera bump for extra protection and integrate machined metal buttons for an extra clicking sensation.
New Mujjo leather cases for the iPhone 15 family
A company representative told me that Mujjo’s new cases use a new type of leather that “ages better than any we’ve ever used before.” They’re available for all models in the iPhone 15 lineup in wallet and non-wallet versions.
Across all models, the Mujjo leather case is 1mm raised around the bezel to protect the screen from abrasive surfaces when pulling the phone out of your pocket. The inside is lined with luxurious Japanese microfibre with a “satin-like finish.”

The new leather cases will launch on Mujjo’s Amazon store later.
Mujjo’s eco-certified leather
Apple no longer offers leather cases for iPhones. But its new replacement fabric material, FineWoven, is criticized for showing early signs of wear and tear and attracting scratches from nails and keys all too easily.
Mujjo’s leather cases incorporate natural leather in a more sustainable manner than Apple’s discontinued leather cases and sleeves—they use eco-certified leather tanned in the Netherlands without hard chemicals, earning them Gold certification by the Leather Working Group for environmental standards.
If you’ve used Apple’s leather cases before, you know that natural leather looks better the more you use it, acquiring a unique patina over time.
Folks who prefer more rigid protection should instead check out Mujjo’s Shield Case, which can withstand a drop from up to 5 meters (about 15 feet). If you’re concerned about temporary discoloration of the titanium frame of your iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max that Apple admitted might occur, this is the one to choose.
