Realme is gearing up for its major launch next week. The company will unveil global variants of the GT 2 series at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022. The devices are already on display in China. The event also confirmed that Realme will introduce a new fast charging solution.

Realme hasn’t revealed many details about the upcoming charging technology it will be unveiling at the event. However, it mentions that the fast charging technology will be the fastest in the world that has been announced so far. The company previously introduced 125W UltraDart fast charging technology that charges a 4,000mAh battery in less than 20 minutes. Realme claims that it will announce the global fast charging technology at MWC 2022. It is possible that the company could introduce the rumored 150W fast charging technology. Realme hasn’t confirmed any details yet. However, according to reports, the company will introduce its own 150W fast charging technology, which will be based on Oppo’s 160W fast charging technology.

Even if Realme does, it definitely won’t be the world’s fastest charging solution. Xiaomi previously announced its 200W charging technology, which is said to charge a 4,000mAh battery in 8 minutes.

There is also a 3-megapixel microscope camera with 40x zoom. The GT 2 Pro supports 65W fast charging for a 5000mAh battery. It comes with a 32MP front camera sensor.
