Nihilist genius scientist Rick Sanchez has finally made it to the MultiVersus universe. Just like in the TV show, Rick is a skilled character with many quirky and powerful moves. Speaking of his class, he is a mage or a ranged character. We’ve compiled all of his offensive moves to help you develop a great strategy for this character. So, check out our guide to learn Rick’s entire set of moves in MultiVersus.

Rick Moveset at MultiVersus

As with other MultiVerseus characters, we’ve collected all of Rick’s normal attacks, special attacks, and passive attacks. So here are all of Rick Sanchez’s moves in MultiVersus:

attacks

  • Itchy Ricker Finger (Ground): This is a neutral ground attack that fires a weak but fast laser projectile from Rick’s blaster. Although the shot moves slowly when fully charged, the character deals knockback damage.
  • Cannon Firing in the Air: This neutral air attack is similar to the previous ground attack.
  • Do you like augments? (Ground): With this side attack, Rick attacks his enemies with plasma sword strikes and kicks. To finish off his enemies, he fires a rocket-propelled projectile from his hand cannon.
  • Personal Space (Air): This attack is the same as the previous one, except that Rick charges the blast from his belt’s force field.
  • Plasma whip, baby! (Earth): This is a rising attack that is an upward swing of Rick’s plasma whip.

  • Shove It Up There (Air): Rick attacks and pushes the Mega Seed up into his opponents. If you hit your allies with the Megaseed, it will offer a formation boost that will reduce the team’s cooldown. When you hit your enemies with a seed, they are inflicted with the Silence debuff, which prevents them from using cooldown abilities.
  • Yes, Fart Bomba! (Ground): This is a downward ground attack where Rick throws a fart bomb to hit his enemies upwards.
  • CollatRickal Damage (Air): During this downward air attack, Rick sends a blast downward at his enemies with his jet boots. This damage is related to Ignite Debuff.

Special Offers – Rick’s Attack Techniques in MultiVersus

  • Meeseeks And Destroy (Ground): With this neutral attack, Rick summons a Meeseeks projectile that flies forward. If you press the up key after summoning the Mesiks, they will uppercut your enemies. On the other hand, going down will prepare them for the golf club swing. Mysiki will brandish a golf club if your enemies throw a projectile at them to deflect them. Or Mesix will simply swing his golf club at your enemies when they are close to him.
  • Meeseeks, over here! (Air): This neutral air attack summons meesiks that help Rick fly over enemies. The mesic will wave their hand briefly before disappearing completely.
  • Basrick Portal Theory (Ground): For this side attack, Rick aims and can summon a maximum of two portals. You can teleport from one portal to another before it shrinks and is limited by projectiles. Your allies can also teleport and fire projectiles through these portals. But these portals can only teleport one fighter.
  • Air Portal Tricks (Air): Similar to a side ground attack, Rick will summon two portals. One of the portals will be in the place where he aims, and the other will be next to him.
  • Jetpack, NBD (Ground): Rick attacks and then flies upwards using his jetpack.
  • Goin’ Even Higher (Air): This is the same as the previous upward attack.
  • Polymorphrick Ray (ground): With this downward attack, Rick fires a polymorphic projectile that explodes after a short time. If it hits your allies, they gain a Morphized Buff that increases their size, damage dealt, and their projectile size. On the other hand, if it hits your opponents, they gain a polymorph debuff. This debuff turns them into tiny Raindogs and cannot attack you.
  • Free Fall Polymorph (Air): Same as the previous low attack.

Passive Attacks/Perks

Being such a strong character, Rick has a wide range of quirky passive attacks or sleeve revivals. Here are Rick’s signature perks:

  • Squanchin’ Pyrotechnics: With this perk, Rick’s portals have a longer cooldown. While allies passing through the portal set enemies on fire with their melee attacks, all of their projectiles also set enemies on fire. If your opponents pass through the portal, they will also light up. You need to reach Mastery Level 8 to unlock this passive attack.
  • Hephaestus Who?: For this passive attack, Rick will charge his whip attack and the final blow will send enemies towards him. You need to reach skill level 10 to unlock Hephaestus, Who? privilege.
  • Some Stickler Meeseeks: Meeseeks summoned by Rick will deal double damage to your enemies who are already stunned. You need to reach master level 12 to unlock this perk.
