Oppo has released quite a few budget and premium truly wireless earbuds. The company is now reportedly preparing to introduce new wireless earbuds early next year. According to a new report from 91Mobiles, Enco Air2 will launch in the first quarter of 2022. The report does not provide an exact launch date, but does state that TWS will launch in February 2022. Oppo has yet to launch the device anywhere. Therefore, the performance of Enco Air’s successor remains unknown. With more than a month left before the launch, the company has yet to confirm the launch of its new Oppo Enco Air2.
The TWS is expected to feature noticeable improvements over the original Enco Air. TWS was launched in China earlier this year for 249 yuan. Of course, the price may be higher depending on the upgrades presented.
Features Oppo Enco Air
Oppo Enco Air features a durable design. The earphones have a high leg to store the battery and sensors. Each earbud features a 12mm dynamic driver and a titanium coated moving coil diaphragm. Despite all the hardware inside, the headphones weigh about 3.75 grams.
Each earbud can provide up to 4 hours of use on a single charge thanks to its 25mAh battery. When paired with the Enco Air charging case, it provides up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. It also offers up to 8 hours of juice on a 10 minute charge.
Enco Air is equipped with two microphones on each earcup to enhance voice calls and suppress background noise. The earphones also support low latency gaming mode and have an IPX4 splash protection rating.
