Razer introduces the new Enki Pro HyperSense chair with a built-in haptic motor for total immersion.
Gaming chairs have been on the market for a long time. And finally, Razer was a rather late entry into this segment, it was a prop but a gaming specialist. At the same time, despite a slight delay at the launch, the brand wasted no time in creating a very good catalog with an extended range. Its latest model was unveiled at CES 2022.
Razer Unveils New Enki Pro HyperSense Chair
Razer has indeed taken advantage of the CES 2022 global event to formalize their new gaming chair called the Enki Pro HyperSense. At first glance, this new benchmark looks more or less similar to other Enki chairs the company has already released, but there is so much more to it than what we can see.
That’s because, according to Razer, the Enki Pro HyperSense has a built-in haptic motor next to the chair’s casters, which allows the whole thing to vibrate and wiggle as you play. This feature is clearly intended and designed to give players a more immersive gaming experience. In fact, explosions, crashes and other action scenes should be even more spectacular.

The chair is capable of moving the seated user about 1.5 inches with a force of about 1 G and a response time of about 5 ms. The manufacturer also claims that the chair’s sound will be compatible with approximately 2,000 games, movies, and songs, but we suspect this list will grow rapidly over time.
As of now, Razer hasn’t revealed the price of its Enki Pro HyperSense chair, and it’s not trivial. Indeed, the brand seems to be currently positioning this product as a concept rather than a finished product, but who knows, maybe after a while it will become a reality. Deal with a sequel!
