PUBG New State launched earlier this month in India. The sequel to PUBG Mobile has been launched with improved graphics and gaming features. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of the game to try out the new gameplay. While Krafton did launch the highly anticipated battle royale, it left players disappointed.
PUBG New State has been pretty buggy since its launch. Krafton is working on fixing bugs and crashes to ensure a smooth experience. To correct one such error, Krafton performed an emergency service for a short period of time on November 25th. The developers were given compensation for those affected by the sudden maintenance.
PUBG New State content compensation
PUBG developer New State Krafton has announced special compensation for players affected by emergency maintenance on November 25th. The official website has confirmed that affected players will be rewarded via email.
Krafton stated that the maintenance was due to an issue where in-game items could be erroneously claimed by some accounts. Accounts affected by this issue have been temporarily restricted from accessing the game while Krafton is working on a fix. Accounts of those players who were temporarily suspended will be restored after the restoration process is completed. As compensation for the same, Krafton will send a reward via in-game mail. It is not known exactly what this award will be, but we can expect it to be chicken medals.
“We sincerely apologize to all survivors affected by this issue, and in particular to those whose accounts have been suspended,” Krafton said. The developers have recently released a patch that aims to improve the graphics in the iOS app while fixing various issues and crashes.
Krafton has also introduced a new anti-cheat system to help identify those using unethical means to gain an advantage in the game. Those using prohibited items/tools while playing PUBG: New State are prohibited.
