OnePlus launched the OnePlus Nord 2 5G phone back in July. The company frequently releases software updates for the phone. Now, in a new development, the Chinese smartphone giant has started rolling out a new update for the Nord 2 phone. The update comes with OxygenOS firmware version A.15 and brings the latest December 2021 Android security patch to the device. The company took to the OnePlus Community Forum to announce the same. The latest update brings the December Android security patch for OnePlus Nord 2. Apart from this, the update also brings improved stability for video recording with AI Video Enhancement enabled. The company also fixed a bug that resulted in fuzzy calls through Bluetooth devices. It also improves system stability. Take a look at the official changelog below,

OnePlus Nord 2 5G OxygenOS A1.5 update with firmware version DN2101_11.A.15 is rolling out in India. While the update contains firmware version DN2103_11.A.15 for other regions including Europe. OnePlus has confirmed that the rollout is incremental, so it may take some time before the update hits your device.
OnePlus Nord 2 Specifications and Features
The Nord 2 5G features a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Fluid AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone uses an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI processor, which is built on a 6nm process and comes along with an integrated Mali G77 GPU. It packs a 4500mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies, it offers a 32-megapixel front camera. Nord 2 will receive OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12. However, the company has not yet started the open beta program for this.
