Time for the next wave of impressive Apple silicon chips. If you haven’t been blown away by the M1 transition in the past two years, the M2 line will certainly impress enough to make you switch from Intel-based Macs. While the M2 chip has been available since last year, Apple released the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips in January. In honor of the launch, this Apple silicon-inspired M2 wallpaper is perfect for the iPhone.

This incredible minimalist wallpaper from @BasicAppleGuy celebrates the intricate mapping network on every M2 chip. Everyone loves a good gradient, and based on our own data, fans of Wallpapers of the Week also love the Apple-inspired design. Today we can enjoy both genres with M2 wallpapers.
BasicAppleGuy took the time to recreate the cores of the M2 chips in this light and dark mode wallpaper collection in honor of the silicon set. Unsurprisingly for those who regularly follow our weekly wallpaper posts, I really like both purple versions of the M2 Pro wallpaper. They pair very well with the Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro.
The iPhone versions above are only part of the complete BasicAppleGuy collection. You can get downloads for iPad and Mac in his dedicated post where he launched the collection. If you love the design aesthetic of this collection, check out more BasicAppleGuy collections in our dedicated gallery.
