According to them, WWE 2K23 just got stronger! This statement is somehow confirmed as Visual Concepts (developers) make significant changes. One of these improved and updated features relates to the MyGm mode in WWE 2K23. While last year’s MyGM mode was criticized by players, this year’s release received positive reviews. New general managers
In WWE 2K22, you can either create your own general manager or choose any of Adam Pearce, Sonya Deville, William Regal, Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon. While William Regal and Shane McMahon are no longer in WWE 2K23’s MyGM mode, you have other options like Xavier Woods, Tyler Breeze, Kurt Angle, Eric Bischoff and Mick Foley.
New brands
In this new MyGM mode, you now have 2 new brands to control including NXT 2.0 and WCW. This means you now have control over 5 brands including Raw, Smackdown, NXT, NXT 2.0 and WCW.
4 CEOs
Previously, only 1 GM worked during the season. While in WWE 2K23’s MyGM mode, 4 GMs can now go head-to-head to establish brand dominance in Pro Wrestling.
New match types
In addition to Regular, Table, TLS, Extreme Rules and Hell in a Cell matches, we are booking 9 more match types. Here are all the new matches we’re getting in the MyGM WWE 2K23 mode:

- Subordination

- Last Hero
- Tornado Tag

- Fatal-Four-Way
Midcard championships
Thankfully, other titles such as the Intercontinental Championship, US Championship, Men & Women’s Tag Team Championships, NXT North American Championship and WWE Hardcore Championship are now available in MyGM mode. Whereas, previous games only had the WWE Championship, the Universal Championship, and the Raw & Smackdown Women’s Championship.
Slammy Awards and Hall of Fame
At the end of each season, Superstars can now earn a Slammy Award in their respective category. What’s more, a GM that earns 10 HoF trophies is guaranteed a place in the Hall of Fame. HoF trophies can be earned by completing seasonal quests.
Superstar Shakes and Draft
In WWE 2K23’s MyGM mode, Superstar Shakes are available throughout the season. What’s more, with the new Guardians feature, the host can prepare the desired lineup before the seasonal draft begins. Also, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors such as the cost of retiring and the morale of the roster.
