OddBallers: A crazy party game that reinvents dodgeball

After Stikbold! Danish studio Game Swing is back to dodgeball with OddBallers for Ubisoft.

Developed by Game Swing with the support of Ubisoft Mumbai, OddBallers offers fast and simple gameplay built around four actions: throw, dodge, catch and push. Among the 18 mini-games on offer are dodgeball matches and team fights, sheep shearing competitions and PvE boss battles with giant tractors and exploding cars.

Note that experienced players can learn to use environmental hazards and take cover to their advantage, or – at the right time – grab the opponent’s ball and throw it back. And even if they are eliminated, the match does not necessarily end, as they will often have the opportunity to throw traps in the ring to confuse opponents.

OddBallers offers cross-play that will allow players from other platforms to compete online, but those looking to practice, play solo, or just compete with a few friends can complete their matches against AI-controlled opponents with individually adjustable difficulty. Players also have the option to customize their OddBaller or Rabbid avatar with a variety of outfits and accessories (and store up to six custom avatars at a time).

OddBallers is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC (Ubisoft Store/Epic Games Store).
