Nothing The company has announced the release of its first smartphone ahead of its global debut. Nothing Phone (1) will go on sale July 12th. Ahead of the official launch, Nothing has revealed the design of the back of the device. The device shows that the Nothing Phone (1) takes some cues from the Ear (1) TWS released last year.
Nothing has previously confirmed that his smartphone will have a transparent back panel. While the outer shell may be transparent, the internal components of the device are covered with a white film. Nothing Phone (1) Design verified
Nothing, owned by Carl Pei, has revealed the full design of the back of its first smartphone, Phone (1), which will be released on July 12. The device has a transparent back panel and a metal frame. While the back panel is transparent, the internal components are covered in a layer of white sheets with various patterns.
There is a dual camera on the back of the Nothing smartphone. There is an LED flash next to the camera sensors. Nothing has yet revealed the details of the camera sensor at the time of this writing.
In the center of the back panel is a huge cutout in the form of the letter “C”, emphasizing the support for wireless charging. The phone has a flat bezel with volume keys on the left edge. The power button is located on the right edge of the device.
The device is confirmed to be equipped with a Snapdragon SoC. However, the exact details are not disclosed. There are rumors that under the hood of the Nothing smartphone there will be Snapdragon 778G or Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The phone is also rumored to support 45W fast charging. The front panel is rumored to feature a 6.55-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The phone is rumored to have a 4500 mAh battery. Nothing has confirmed that the device will run Nothing OS based on Android 12 out of the box. It will be manufactured in India and available for purchase through Flipkart.
