When playing Overwatch 2, you can make some cool moves and get some cool kills during matches. You don’t have to write it all down on the screen because OW 2 creates them as highlights and gives you the ability to save and load them. Here’s how to watch and save Overwatch 2 highlights, and the save folder location where they’re saved on PC.
How to watch and save your best moments in Overwatch 2
To view the best moments of the game in OW 2, follow these steps:
- After playing several matches during the day, open your career profile in the main menu.
- Click “History”in the top menu.
- This will show you your highlights, game reports and replays. Click Highlights.
- You will see your 5 highlights for today. Click on them to view them.
- If you like what you saw, you can right-click on the thumbnail and hit SAVE. You can also remove selection from here.
- A new window will appear where you can change settings such as resolution, frame rate, video quality, and more. Make your changes and click SAVE.
- Wait for the end of the saving process and that’s it! Your best moment will be saved.
Where are saved moments stored on PC?
To find out where saved snippets are actually stored on your PC, follow these steps:
- Press the Windows button on the taskbar, find Overwatch 2 and click the folder.
- This should automatically open the folder where your videos are saved. But if it’s not, paste this path:
- C:\Users\(Your PC name) \Documents\Overwatch \videos\overwatch
- Here you can revisit your best moments and copy them to your hard drive to share with others.
That’s all for watching and saving the best moments in Overwatch 2. Be sure to save the ones you like, because new ones will be added every time you play new matches. Videos will be kept for 24 hours or until the client is fixed. Once you save them, they will remain there even if the game client is patched.
