OnePlus Nord 2T expected to feature Dimensity 1300 SoC and 50MP triple camera

OnePlus launched the Nord 2 last year. The company launched its mid-range smartphone with a Dimensity 1200 processor and a 90Hz AMOLED display. Rumor has it that the company will release a T-shaped variant of the Nord 2, just like the flagship series. Ahead of the launch, key details of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T have been leaked online.

Specifications of OnePlus Nord 2T

Rumor has it that OnePlus is working on the launch of the Nord 2T smartphone. The device’s processor and other details have been leaked online. According to Digit’s report, Nord 2T will have the same Full HD+ AMOLED display as Nord 2. It will have a 6.43-inch screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1800 pixels. It will also support a 90Hz refresh rate.

The OnePlus smartphone is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. MediaTek has yet to announce the chip rumors. It will most likely have some minor upgrades over the Dimensity 1200 chipset. The Nord 2T processor will be paired with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM, as well as 128GB/256GB of onboard storage.

OnePlus Nord 2T will boot Android 12 out of the box. It is said to have the OnePlus Oxygen OS 12 layer on top of Android. On the back, the device will still have a triple camera setup. However, according to the leaker, the charging speed support will get an update. Nord 2T will get support for 80W fast charging out of the box. This will be an upgrade from the 65W charging support the Nord 2 is getting.
