First look at Honor 60 Series ahead of official launch: expected specs, specs

After launching the Honor 50 series worldwide, the company is now working on launching its next line of premium smartphones. The Honor 60 series is expected to debut soon. If rumors are to be believed, Huawei’s sister brand will launch the Honor 60 series in December 2021. While we wait for official launch details, an image of the Honor 60 series has been leaked on Weibo (via 91Mobiles). The leaked banner shows the design of the back of the device. This shows that the device has two large camera rings inside a larger pill-shaped camera module. Let’s take a look at more details about the Honor 60 series, which is rumored to debut in December 2021.

Honor 60 series design

Honor has yet to confirm a launch date for the Honor 60 series. The leaked banner shown before the launch shows the design of the rear camera module. Based on the leaked image, it’s safe to assume that Honor isn’t planning on making any major design changes to the device. Like the current generation Honor 50 series, the 60 series will feature double cutouts inside a large pill-shaped module. The two rings are said to each hold two sensors for a quad-camera setup.

In addition to this, the Honor 60 SE will reportedly have 44W fast charging, while the vanilla and Pro models will support 66W fast charging. We did report an Honor 60 series phone with model number GIA-AN00 visited the 3C website. It turned out that the phone supports 66W fast charging.

In addition to these details, the vanilla model is said to have a pill-shaped notch in the upper left corner of the display. The phone is said to be equipped with a Snapdragon 870 SoC and a 4500mAh battery. The Pro model, on the other hand, will have a center-aligned single front camera inside the hole-punch cutout.

The rest of the details of the devices remain secret. We will share more details as we can.
