Germany’s federal automotive agency Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) is asking Tesla to recall at least 59,000 vehicles due to a software glitch. On June 29, KBA posted a warning on its website informing Model Y and Model 3 owners that there was a bug in the eCall security system on those vehicles, Reuters reported. This issue prevents the tool from automatically calling an ambulance in the event of a serious accident.
