The underground bunker is located under the helicopter base on the Reserve map. The fastest way to the bunkers is through the White King’s building next to the helicopter. You can also identify the building thanks to the “Welcome to Hell”sign at the main entrance. Enter the building and turn left towards the cage entrance to the stairs below. Go down the stairs to the open white metal door. This should complete the first task.
Enter the bunker and go left to a room with green walls. Turn left again at the end of the room towards the green electrical boxes and enter the door at the end of the corridor. Here you will find a closed metal door between electrical cabinets. This is the control room, enter and collect everything you can find and then leave the area to complete the quest.
