Poco F4 5G Launch Confirmed With Snapdragon 870 Processor

Poco has confirmed the launch of the Poco F4. The company will soon launch its premium offering in the markets. The official launch date for the Poco F4 is currently unknown. We can expect an announcement of the same in the coming days. Meanwhile, the company has confirmed the details of the F4 processor.

The Poco F4 will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC. The company claims that the chipset is the most optimized in the Snapdragon 800 series. The latest update from Poco also leans towards confirming the rumors that the device is a rebranded Redmi K-series smartphone. Poco F4 confirmed to feature Snapdragon 870 SoC

Poco has confirmed that the F4 5G will launch with the Snapdragon 870 SoC. The device is confirmed to be launched soon. Poco has yet to confirm a launch date for the Poco F4.

It was previously rumored that the F4 would be launched globally as the rebranded Redmi K40S that was launched in China. A recent leak has revealed purported F4 5G live images that have confirmed the phone will come with a 64MP camera on the back. The design of the camera module is similar to Redmi K40S. However, the Redmi K40S has a 48MP triple camera, while live images show that Poco’s F-series phone will come with a 64MP main camera.

Apart from the main camera, the device should have the same specifications as the Redmi K40S. In this case, the F4 5G could have an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. It will be equipped with a 20-megapixel front camera.

The front camera will be housed inside a punch-hole cutout at the top center of the screen. The F4 5G is said to feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ 1080 x 2400 pixel flat AMOLED display. It will have 120Hz refresh rate support.
