Pokemon Scarlet Violet: Evolve Charcadet into Armarouge or Ceruledge

In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you have to get yourself a Charcadet and evolve it. Especially if your starting Pokémon was not Fuekoko. Because Charcadet evolves into Armarouge, a Fire/Psychic-type Pokémon, or Ceruledge, into a Fire/Ghost-type Pokémon. The best part is that you can easily catch Sharcadet in the Asado Desert in this game. So, without further ado, here’s how you can turn your Charcadet into Armarouge or Ceruledge into Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

How to Evolve Sharkadet in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

In this game, you can upgrade Sharcadet by giving him Auspicious Armor or Vile Armor. Their evolution will depend on the version of your game. So if you have Scarlet, your Sharkadet will evolve into Armarouge. And if you have Violet, it will evolve into Ceruledge.

You can get these items from the NPC in Zapapico Town.

  1. Head to the Pokémon East Center in Zapapico City.
  2. From there, head west and talk to the NPC next to the small fountain.
  3. Their speech bubble will say “Fancy a Trade”. Completing this deal will give you the item needed to evolve Sharkadet.

How to develop Sharkade to Armarouge

This works for Pokemon Scarlet players.

  1. Go and talk to the NPC in Zapapico Town as described above.
  2. They will offer you favorable armor in exchange for 10 bronze fragments.
  3. You can get Bronzor Fragments by catching or defeating Bronzor. You can find Bronzor at:
    • Eastern Province
      • Zone 2
    • southern province
      • Zone 4
      • Zone 3
      • Zone 2
    • Western Province
      • Zone 1
      • Zone 2
  4. After you get 10 Bronzor Fragments, exchange them with an NPC to get Auspicious Armor.
  5. Open the bag and go to the “Items”section.
  6. Finally, select it and click “Use this item”.
  7. Now select Charcadet from your Pokemon group and it will evolve into Armarouge.

How to evolve Sharcadeth to Serulej

This works for Pokemon Violet players.

  1. Speak to the NPC near the small fountain in Zapapico Town as described above.
  2. They will offer you Vicious Armor in exchange for 10 Sinistea tokens.
  3. You can get Sinistea Chips by catching or defeating Sinistea. You can find Sinistea at:
    • Eastern Province
      • Zone 3
    • southern province
      • Zone 6
  4. Once you have 10 Sinistea tokens, exchange them with an NPC to get Malicious Armor.
  5. Then open the bag and go to the “Items”section.
  6. Finally, select it and click “Use this item”.
  7. Now select Charcadet from your Pokemon group and it will transform into Ceruledge.
