The TV series The Last of Us continues to attract new viewers and captivate license fans.
The second episode of The Last of Us attracted 5.7 million viewers, a 22% increase from the first episode of the television series. This is the strongest second week rating increase for an original drama series in HBO history.

After a full week of availability, the first episode of The Last of Us is now watched by 18 million viewers, almost four times the audience of its debut.

The first episode of The Last of Us had the best start of any HBO Max program in Latin America, surpassing House of the Dragon and the second season of Euphoria. The night after the release of The Last of Us became the most popular topic on Twitter. In addition, 15 of the top 30 hashtags in Brazil were for the Naughty Dog series (Sony Interactive Entertainment/PlayStation Studios).
