PUBG New Sate launched yesterday for Android and iOS devices on the Google Playstore and App Store respectively. Soon after installing a new game on the phone, users encountered a bunch of errors and glitches. Despite the problems, the game has already reached a new milestone on the Google Playstore in terms of downloads.
PUBG New State has surpassed 10 million downloads
On the Google Playstore, which covers all smartphones, tablets and some Android Chromebooks, PUBG New State has been downloaded over 10 million times. For context, the game was only launched 24 hours ago. According to the Google Play Store listing, the game had over 55 million pre-registered users, which means most people would opt for automatic download, and once the game was available on the Playstore, PUBG New State was automatically installed on the device.
In terms of the Google Playstore rating, the game received 3.6 out of 5 stars in the first 24 hours, which is understandable given that many users have experienced issues. The APK download size of the game is about 1.4GB, and as for Android minimum system requirements, you will need at least 2GB RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow and above and Open GL 3.1 or above / Vulkan 1.1 or above.
Now the game can be installed on iOS with a size of about 1.5 GB. PUBG New State requires an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) running iOS 13 or later. The game can be downloaded for free on Android and iOS platforms with an in-app purchase option.
Krafton, the developer of the game, has introduced an age limit of 16+ on the Google Playstore and 17+ on the App Store. If you encounter any errors or issues with the game installed on your device, here’s how to fix the known issues.
