Call of Duty Mobile’s latest public test build went live yesterday, January 4, 2022, bringing all sorts of content planned for the next couple of seasons to the game. The test build will likely end later this week, so players who want to try out all the new content can get up and running and hack right away.
The test build is available for both Android and iOS devices and takes about 600-700 MB per device. The player registration limit is capped at 30,000, so impatient players may want to log in now before the limit is reached. Any content, information and player data collected during this test will be deleted after it is completed.
Call of Duty Mobile Public Test Build Now Available
Public Test Build content may be scheduled for the next season of Call of Duty Mobile, or possibly the next two seasons. Much of the content featured in the Call of Duty Mobile test builds is not final, so it can be a bit more buggy and unstable than a regular build of the game. Here is all the content that is present in the current test build of the game:
- Three new MP cards (for S1 or S2)
- Battle Royale map changes
- Control Optimization – Sensitivity
- Balance adjustments (general)
- Two new functional weapons
- New series of glasses
- Resource loading optimization
- New – Muzzle fire smoke (gfx effect on weapons)
- Audio optimization
The Test Build allows the developers to get direct feedback from the player so that the content is perfected when it is finally released. The test build does not represent the final version of the game, as most content goes through several iterations before being released into the game.
