- Above: an orange shield inside a square.
- Left: orange helmet inside a hexagon.
- Bottom: Dark purple armor inside a hexagon.
- Right: dark purple sword inside a square.
You can find each pill in the following locations:
- Lithographic stone tablet A: already placed in the puzzle.
- Lithographic Stone Tablet B: On the bookshelf near the puzzle door.
- Lithographic Stone Tablet C: On the table next to the bookshelf in the southern part of the room.
- Lithographic Stone Tablet D: Inside the cabinet in the lower left corner of the room. Break the glass to get it.
