Realme has launched a new TWS in the Realme Buds lineup – Realme Buds Q2. Buds Q2 will debut in the Chinese market. The latest Realme Buds TWS come with 10mm Bass Boost drivers and offer a low latency gaming mode. It offers up to 30 hours of battery life and also has an IPX4 water resistance rating. The Buds Q2s are priced at RMB 199 and are already available for purchase in China. However, the company has yet to announce the global availability of the Buds Q2.
Specifications and features of Realme Buds Q2s
The Buds Q2 features a 10mm TPU Bass Boost driver with Bass Boost+. The Buds Q2 also offer Game Mode with a latency of just 88ms.
The Buds Q2 support touch controls and can also be used to call digital assistants such as Google Assistant. There is also an AI ENC algorithm that greatly reduces ambient noise during calls according to the company.
The Buds Q2 use Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and can be paired with smartphones using the companion Realme Link app. The app also allows users to customize various features. The headphones use the AAC audio codec.
Each Buds Q2s is equipped with a 40 mAh battery and provides 5 hours of battery life. The charging and carrying case houses a 480 mAh battery, and with the charging pod, the Buds Q2 can last up to 30 hours on a single charge. The Buds Q2 support fast charging and can last up to 3 hours on a 10-minute charge.
The Buds Q2 come in three color options: black, paper white, and paper green. It also has an IPX4 waterproof rating.
