Day 4 of the Thug Invitational S5 marks the conclusion after the completion of the last 6 matches of the League stage. With the league stage concluded, all eyes are now on the Thug Invitational season 5 finale, which sees 16 teams advance to the event finals.
On the fourth day, the invited teams competed in the last six matches remaining in the league stage. A total of 24 matches were played in a round robin between 4 groups, and the top 4 teams from each group had to advance to the Grand Final of the tournament. The tournament has an 8 lakh prize pool with the winner taking home 4 lakh Indian Rupees. Viewers can also receive several rewards as the organizers have set up several exciting viewing rewards, including iPhones that are unlocked after reaching the viewing milestones.

- Match 1 (Group A x B): The first match was played on the Miramar desert map and this match was contested by the BGMI Pro Warrior Cup S2 champions, Nigma Galaxy with 9 finishes.
- Match 2 (Group A x C): Erangel is the map where the second match was played where Chemin Esports, the leaders of the table, secured a whopping 15 kills for WWCD. Miramare.
- Match 3 (Group A x D): Fan-favorite team X Spark won the third match of the day with a total of 12 kills under their name, while Revenge esports were eliminated in second place with 12 kills.
- Match 4 (Group B x C): Team Enigma Forever rang the bells for victory in match four with 11 kills.
- Match 5 (Group B x D): Soul’s favorite team won the fifth match with 10 finishes under their name.
- Match 6 (Group C x D): The last match of the day was won by INS with 12 finishes.
