God Of War Ragnarok Sacrifice Guide

God of War Ragnarok comes with some updates and new game features. In this game, the only way to level up Kratos is to equip strong armor and upgrade weapons. Armor can be obtained through crafting or through research and quests that you receive as you progress through the game. On the other hand, weapons can be upgraded by spending XP, which will unlock new skills. By completing the skills, you will unlock new skills for any of the weapons that Kratos wields. Sacrifice is one such skill present in the Blades of Chaos skill tree in God of War Ragnarok. This makes Kratos capable of delivering some of the most vicious punches. Read this guide to the end and learn all about sacrifice in GoW Ragnarok.

What is sacrifice in GoW Ragnarok?

As mentioned above, weapon upgrades will unlock new skills that can be acquired in this game. Similarly, you will need to upgrade Blades of Chaos to level 2 in order to have the Immolation skill. I wonder how it works? Well, it basically throws melee hits from Blades in quick succession. What’s more, with each hit, it charges the Blades of Chaos and inflicts a Burning Status Effect on the enemy. Sacrifice in GoW Ragnarok also increases Kratos’ Luck and Runic stats when active.

Furious Sacrifice is the highest version of the Sacrifice skill in GoW Ragnarok. Your Blades of Chaos must be at level 3 to acquire this skill. Also, whenever your Immolation ability is fully charged, simply press the L1 + triangle button to use it. This will empower all Blades of Chaos hits with Burning Explosion, dealing massive damage to the enemy. Also Furious Immolation in GoW Ragnarok helps to get additional rage for a certain period of time.

That’s all for the Sacrifice skill in God of War Ragnarok. If you found this article helpful, be sure to check out our GoW Ragnarok page for more details on the game.
