Samsung India is getting ready to launch. After launching several A-series devices in the Indian market, the Korean tech giant is now ready to launch a new M-series device in the country. Now the company has announced that the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will hit the Indian market on April 22nd. For those who don’t know, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G debuted earlier this month.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G has a similar design language to the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G. Key features of the Galaxy M53 5G include a 108MP camera setup, a Dimensity 900 processor, and a 120Hz AMOLED display. The device also offers a 5,000mAh battery and a 32MP selfie camera. The latest M-series phone offers AMOLED, a 120Hz display with Full HD+ resolution. It’s a 6.7-inch center-notched display that the company is calling the Infinity-O display. Under the hood of the phone is a Dimensity 900 octa-core processor with an integrated Mali G68 GPU.
Speaking of optics, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G offers a quad rear camera setup including a 108MP main camera. It is also the first M-series device with a 108-megapixel camera. Apart from the high-resolution sensor, the phone also has an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Samsung equipped the M53 5G with a 32MP camera for video calls and selfies.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging via Type-C port. However, the company may not include a charging box in the retail box, as other mid-range Galaxy devices do. The Galaxy M53 5G comes with OneUI 4.1 based on Android 12.
