Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 revealed thanks to leaked information from Evan Blass and 91Mobiles.
For several years now, Samsung has been working to make smartphones with folding screens more popular. And the general public seems to be responding. The South Korean tech giant has even claimed that more customers have switched to the Galaxy Flip 3 than to its usual flagship devices. The company will unveil the next generation of folding screen devices in a few days, but today we know what they look like on the outside thanks to a leak from Evan Blass. Thus, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 are visible from all sides.

If these renders are to be believed, the Z Flip 4 will be available in purple, blue, black, and gold. The Z Fold 4, meanwhile, will be offered in black, dark gray and beige. At first glance, the two devices look almost identical to Samsung’s current-generation folding screen smartphones, with no noticeable design differences. We will have the opportunity to learn about the various intricacies after the official announcement takes place.

As The Verge points out, the images in question don’t show if the Fold 4 has a camera under its predecessor’s screen, or if the device has the right to store an S Pen. Because the Fold 3 is compatible with the S Pen, some have argued that the next generation will be eligible for dedicated stylus storage. However, according to several recent reports, this is not the case.
There’s no way to know exactly what it’s all about until Samsung formalizes two of its devices. The good news is that there is nothing more to look forward to. The next Unpacked event is scheduled for August 10th.
