The Chromebook market is already very strong. Today there are machines running Chrome OS for every need and every budget. With a retail price of $430, this new machine is about $120 cheaper than the 13.3-inch Galaxy Chromebook 2. Despite the name difference, the two machines feature a 360° rotating hinge, making them truly one and the same. the same product family.

The difference in price lies in some important elements: first of all, the screen size (12.4 vs. 13.3 inches), its resolution (1920 x 1080 vs. 2560 x 1600 pixels), processor performance and battery power.

A very affordable but rather limited car

The Chromebook 2 360 is equipped with an Intel Celeron N4500 processor and 4GB of RAM, which is really underpowered but should still be “featured enough”for one-time use for study purposes. This CPU is usually built into entry-level Windows laptops. Basically, this machine should be able to meet the current needs of our schools, including video conferencing thanks to the presence of a 720p webcam.

In terms of internal storage, there are two options: 64GB or 128GB (for an extra $20), but the microSD slot allows you to expand if needed. There’s also USB A and USB-C for more connections.

If you have the budget to afford the brand’s more expensive Chromebooks, you’re better off picking these as they offer better value for money than this Chromebook 2 360 on paper.
