iQoo 9 series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 120W fast charging launched: price, specifications

iQoo launched the iQoo 9 series. The company launched three premium smartphones in the iQoo 9 series, namely the iQoo 9, 9 Pro, and 9 SE. Three of iQoo’s flagship smartphones come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8-series chipsets. The top 9 Pro is equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

The phones also feature a triple camera on the back. The higher end offering comes with a gimbal stabilization system for better stability when recording video. Let’s take a look at the iQoo 9 series price, specifications and other details.

iQoo 9 series price

Every iQoo 9 series phone comes with two storage options. The base model and 9 SE come with 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options. The base 8GB + 128GB model costs $573, while the 12GB + 256GB variant is $627.

The 9 SE has a starting price of $453 for the base 8GB + 128GB version. The 12GB + 256GB option costs $507. It comes in Sunset Sierra and Space Fusion colors.

The top flagship iQoo 9 Pro comes with 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options. Its price is $867 and $893. The phone is available in Legend and Dark Cruise colors. It will go on sale from March 2 on the Vivo online store, Amazon and offline stores.

As part of the starter offers, customers with an ICICI Bank credit card can get up to $80 off their purchase of the iQoo 9 series.

Specifications and features

Starting with the 9 Pro, the phone features a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It also has a touch sampling rate of 300Hz. The screen is curved and has a notch in the center at the top. The device is also equipped with an intelligent display chip to improve the gaming experience.

Under the hood is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The phone packs a 4,700mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. It is also equipped with dual speakers, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, X-axis linear motor, etc.

The phone features a triple camera on the back with a 50MP Samsung GN5 Gimbal main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 150-degree field of view, and a 16MP portrait camera. The phone has a 32 MP front camera sensor.

The Vanilla 9 features a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor with up to 12GB of RAM. The device has a 4350mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.

There is a triple camera on the back of the phone. It features a 48MP Sony IMX 598 Gimbal main camera sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view, and a 13MP portrait camera sensor.

Finally, 9SE. The base model of iQoo’s flagship smartphone features a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 888 SoC. A 4500 mAh battery with 66 W fast charging is installed out of the box. There is a triple camera on the back of the phone. It has a 48MP IMX 598 OIS camera, a 13MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
