The latest game in the Sonic series is here, and players are noticing significant changes in it. Sonic Frontiers differs from its predecessors in its open-world gameplay and wide range of abilities. The game also gives you the ability to fine-tune Sonic’s movements to suit your play style. Do you want to know more about it? In this article, we’ll show you how to change your play style in Sonic Frontiers.
How to Change Your Playstyle in Sonic Frontiers
In the beginning, you will have a choice between two play styles, i.e. High-Speed Style and Action Style. The High-Speed style is better for veterans who know how to handle this hedgehog. While the Action style will help new players understand Sonic. However, this is not permanent and you can change your playstyle at any time. Unlike other previous parts, in this game you can customize Sonic’s movement. You will find sliders that you can experiment with and find the right combination to suit your style. You will find sliders to change:
- starting speed
- Initial acceleration rate
- turning speed
- Increase turning speed
- Max speed
- Steering sensitivity
- Acceleration
- rebound height
- Camera Speed
You can find these sliders by going to Options and then Game Settings. You can change how you play Sonic Frontiers by experimenting with these sliders until you find the right spot. Also, note that as you progress through the game, you will gain speed and other upgrades, so you may need to go back to those sliders again. While all the options may seem overwhelming at first, we encourage you to experiment with them and you will notice big changes in your gameplay.
