Double the adventure and double the fun in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Produced by Paramount Pictures in collaboration with Sega, Original Film, Marza Animation Planet and Blur Studio Production, directed by Jeff Fowler and written by Pat Casey, Josh Miller and John Whittington, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will star James Marsden, Ben Schwartz (voice of Sonic), Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, Adam Pally, with the return of Jim Carrey and the arrival of Shemar Moore, with Idris Elba (original voice of Knuckles) and Colleen O’Shaughnessy (original voice of Tails).
Well settled in the small town of Green Hills, Sonic now wants to prove that he has what it takes to become a true hero. A serious problem confronts him when Dr. Robotnik reappears. Accompanied by their new accomplice Knuckles, they set off in search of an emerald, the power of which would destroy all of humanity. To prevent the emerald from falling into the wrong hands, Sonic teams up with Tails. Then begins a journey through the world, full of adventures.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will release on March 30 in French theaters and April 8, 2022 in US theaters.
