Oppo is reportedly working on a foldable phone as part of the Find series: launch, pricing details

Oppo is preparing to launch the flagship Find X-series. The company is expected to release the Find X5 Pro along with the vanilla model in China later this year. Previous rumors have suggested that the Oppo Find X5 series will launch sometime in February or March 2022. The company has not yet confirmed any details. While we wait for it, a new report claims that the Oppo Find series will also include a new foldable flip phone.

A report by 91Mobiles, citing whistleblower Mukul Sharma, claims that the Oppo Find series clamshell phone will launch in the third quarter of 2022. Let’s take a look at more details on Oppo’s upcoming foldable smartphone, which is rumored to be released as part of the Find series later this year.

Oppo foldable flip phone

Oppo is rumored to release a Galaxy Z Flip competitor later this year. The flip-style foldable phone is expected to be released by the end of September. As for the price of the flip phone, it is said that the price of the device is lower than the Galaxy Z Flip 3. If the device is released and the price is indeed lower than the Galaxy Z Flip 3, we can expect the Z Flip 3 to cost less than 1200 $.

The name of the device has yet to be confirmed, but the report says the company will introduce its flip phone as part of the Find N series.

Oppo already has the Find N as its first N-series foldable smartphone. However, the device is currently only available for purchase in China. Nothing is known about the official launch of Find N outside of China. The report also states that the company is already working on a successor to the Find N series.
