Realme recently confirmed the launch of the GT Neo 3 at the GT 2 series launch event. The company will unveil its next premium smartphone in the second quarter of 2022. There is currently no official information on the launch date of the GT Neo 3. However, the company has confirmed some of the phone’s key specs. Ahead of the official launch, leaker Yogesh Brar listed the additional specs of Realme’s upcoming smartphone in the GT series.
The informant revealed the characteristics of the phone’s camera, as well as the display, battery capacity and other details. Let’s take a look at the Realme GT Neo 3 specs, features and other leaked information.

Realme GT Neo 3 will be the brand’s first smartphone under the GT 3 series. The phone is confirmed to launch in the second quarter of 2022. Tipster Brar claims the launch event will take place in April 2022. Neither the company nor Brar have yet given an official launch date. The supposed launch is still a month away, and the leaker also listed the specs.
Realme has already confirmed that the GT Neo 3 will ship with the recently launched MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. The 5nm octa-core chip has four high-performance cores clocked at 2.85GHz and four low-power cores clocked at 2.75GHz. Click here to view MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC features.
Realme has also confirmed that the Neo 3 will support 150W fast charging. The charging technology claims that the 4500 mAh battery is charged to 50 percent in five minutes. Realme didn’t go into other details about the phone.
However, Brar revealed that the phone will have a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display. The 10-bit AMOLED panel will support a 120Hz refresh rate and be HDR10+ certified.
There will be a triple camera on the back of the phone. It will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The phone will also feature an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel tele-macro camera. For selfies, the phone will have a 16-megapixel front camera. Realme will move the hole punch notch to the top center of the screen from the usual top left corner.
