You’ll interact with Seamus first, then Azusa the merchant, and finally Elliot before you can repair him. Here are all the steps you need to take to fix your Stray tracker:
- Get the Super Spirit detergent first.
- Go to the market to the right of the elevator.
- Here you will meet the merchant Azooz.
- Now replace the Super Spirit detergent with electrical cables.
- You will need to get a poncho
- Go to the main entrance to the slums
- Find the robot Babushka
- Now exchange the electrical cables for the cat poncho.
- Now that you have the poncho, you can finally fix the tracker.
- Give the poncho to Elliot.
- Take Elliot to the location of the tracker.
- Robot Elliot will now fix the tracker for you.
- Now go to Seamus with the fixed tracker in the next area.
- Seamus will now give you the Outsider Badge.
