Fighters Kimberly and Yuri join Ryu, Chun-Li, Luke, Jamie and Guile in Street Fighter 6.
New to Street Fighter 6, Kimberly is originally from the United States and brings her love of 1980s pop culture with her Walkman and ninjutsu prowess. A student of Guy from Final Fight and Street Fighter Alpha, Kimberly uses paint bombs and smoke bombs to destabilize her opponents. She excels at running and aerial attacks. Its design reflects fast and acrobatic movements.
Ninja. 🥷
Kimberly offered herself to be Guy’s apprentice in the art of Bushinryu. She is passionate about 80s pop culture, which is why she always carries a portable cassette player with her. pic.twitter.com/igDlmU8VfM

Takayuki Nakayama, game director at Capcom, explains how Kimberley was designed:
When it came to Kimberly’s design, we wanted to create an outfit that suited her fast and acrobatic moves as she excels at sports like track and field and cheerleading. Pair her bright kimono with sneakers suitable for fast travel and you have a Bushinryu-worthy ninja outfit, right? We tried to make her hairstyle and outfit accentuate her flamboyant figure to remind that she is, above all, an expert in speed and aerial combat. Spray paint and a player attached to his waist are also used for his special moves.
Yuri returns to Street Fighter 6
Korean fighter Juri, who first appeared in Super Street Fighter 4, returns with the same mischief as before. Nakayama-san also details his style:
He has been redesigned to fit the aesthetic of Street Fighter 6. His hair has also been changed, which I think gives him a little more personality. Under the jacket, his body is covered with a black ribbon in the form of a spider. Her feng shui colors are purple, black and white with a hint of emerald green. If you pay attention to her helmet when she appears on her motorcycle in the trailer, you will notice that it matches her design. His laptop also reflects his personality.
Sadist. 👁️
Yuri remains a thrill seeker who takes great pleasure in destroying her enemies. Previously, her main motivator was revenge against M. Bison, but after his downfall in Street Fighter V, she now nullifies, waiting for new thrills. pic.twitter.com/4zDHOHu2Qe

Capcom explains that Yuri’s updated style is complemented by a completely redesigned fighting style, but with certain moves retained:
Fuhajin, Yuri’s high kick is back in the franchise. It also allows you to save Fuha at the end of the action. Saihasho, Ankensatsu, and Go Ohsatsu are the new names for Yuri’s special moves, although they are reminiscent of old attacks such as the downward projectile or the jump kick. While these attacks can now be performed without spending Fuha pool, they can be chained and strengthened if Yuuri has Fuha pool.
