Welcome to another edition of our review of the apps of the week. We’ve got some great options for you this week, including a free workout diary, haircut companion, and digital reading buddy. And, as always, we have selected a great game for you.
Stengthic
Aside from the terrible name, Stengthic is actually a pretty solid free workout journal. Whether you’re doing a 5×5 powerlifting workout, a HIIT workout, or something else, set-based flexible workouts allow you to create any workout tailored to your goals. Features include built-in timers, stopwatches and even plate calculators.
clip saver
So, now that you’re feeling good after your workout, why not cut your hair to look good too? And ClipSaver can help you with that. The app allows you to rate, view and take pictures of your haircuts, and you can even take photos of your favorite haircuts to show to your hairdresser. There are also some nice Barber exclusive features to help you manage your clients and grow your business.
Cubox – Reading and Notes
This app has been around for a while, but I don’t think we’ve ever mentioned it here. Cubox is an application for collecting, reading and researching daily information. Save articles from your favorite websites to read them later, easily organize them, comment on them with your thoughts and share them with friends and colleagues. Looks great, works great.
home world mobile
Looking for a new game this weekend? Try Homeworld Mobile where you will embark on a journey to populate an uncharted galaxy. This true 3D MMO offers real-time 3D combat strategy, next-gen graphics, a rich storyline, and various multiplayer game modes that allow for alliances and other large-scale initiatives.
