Showrunner Brian Young (The Vampire Diaries, Kyle XY) said:
Sharing the news is not pleasant, but Netflix has decided to drop the order for a third season. This is especially difficult because I know how many of you enjoyed the last season. It’s a heartbreaking downside, but a downside nonetheless. I am so proud of everyone who worked on the series and so happy that we were able to tell the stories we did. Our cast and crew worked very hard to create this world and these characters. I am grateful for each of them and for all of you who watched. These four years have been extraordinary. I hope we meet again in the future.
No season 3 for Fate: The Winx Saga
