Summer Game Fest will return this summer with a 2022 edition, offering a conference that lifts the veil on the future of the video game industry.
The first conference to coincide with the release of Summer Game Fest 2022 will take place on June 9 at 18:00 and will be streamed on YouTube, Twitch, Twitter and Facebook platforms. It will feature world premieres, trailers, new announcements and game updates from the world’s leading game developers. Co-produced by Double Fine Productions and iam8bit, Day of the Devs: Summer Game Fest Edition will immediately follow the event with previews of upcoming indie games.
As a reminder, Summer Game Fest 2021 saw the debut of Elden Ring, announcements of Death Stranding: Director’s Cut and Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, performances by Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Goldblum and Giancarlo Esposito, and musical performances by Weezer and Japanese Breakfast.

Geoff Keighley Announces IMAX Partnership to Boost Summer Game Fest and Game Awards Visibility
Two annual video game events hosted by Geoff Keighley will now be shown in IMAX theaters in the US, Canada and the UK. Through IMAX livestreams, members of the gaming community can come together to share gameplay reveals and unexpected game announcements.
