Each of the 20 relic sets offers bonuses based on the number of pieces equipped. You can equip between 2 and 4 pieces, depending on the stats you want to increase.

Honkai Star Rail Relic Unlocking Procedure
At achieving Trailblazer level 15, Relics become available after you finish the majority of Jarilo VI’s main story. After that, Relic sets can be farmed in Caverns of Corrosion. When you explore Trailblaze Mission Chapter 1: Jarilo VI Pt. 2, the caverns are unlocked (The Stars are Cold Toys.)
