Tokyo Virtual Theory presents its first projects

Spiritual successors to Freedom Wars and Patapon are in development at Tokyo Virtual Theory with Theory Engine graphics engine.

Tokyo Virtual Theory or TVT Corporation, founded in 2019 by former veterans of the late Japanese studio (Sony Interactive Entertainment), has been developing its own graphics engine for several years with the help of Yoshikazu Satake (God Eater), Daisuke Emura (God Eater, Sky Gunner) and Toshinari Takahashi to be able to create their own licenses on all platforms, as well as sell them to other studios: “Middleware technology was created with the goal of developing large-scale online games. It is an open platform networking engine for building high-performance real-time multiplayer online games that provide a faster, serverless and hassle-free environment with a number of even more important players.”
