As Jane Foster, actress Natalie Portman will wield Mjolnir to establish her status as the Goddess of Thunder in Thor: Love and Thunder.
In Taika Waititi’s fourth film, an Asgardian seeks peace of mind. However, despite this spiritual and hippie journey, bad things are brewing in the galaxy with the rise to power of Gorr, the Butcher God, played by British-American comedian Christian Bale. He wants to destroy all gods. So this is the end of Thor’s retirement.
To fight the threat, Thor enlists the help of the Valkyrie King (Tessa Thompson) and Korg. However, the galaxy seems to have a savior in Thor’s ex-girlfriend, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who will take control of the hammer Mjolnir as Thor the Mighty. Together, they embark on a heartbreaking space adventure to uncover the secret of the Butcher God’s revenge and stop him before it’s too late.
