Hermit crabs in Tower of Fantasy are passive mobs that roam the beaches of Esperia. You can find them all over the southwest coast of Banges, in the bays and in Corona Bay, and also in Navia. The place where you can’t find them is in Astra & Warren. All you have to do is walk along the beaches of the mentioned places and then find these little critters. When you get close to them, you will be able to interact with them. Do this to collect them. They are not that easy to catch, so be sure to rush at them. The best spot is on the coast of Benj, but the coast of Navia is a hidden gem as not many people check the area for hermit crabs.
Once you have collected enough hermit crabs, you can use them in cooking. Hermit crabs themselves can provide health regeneration if you’re in a tight spot. They are best eaten cooked in sea crab soup. To make Sea Crab Soup, you will need 2 Hermit Crabs and 4 Mushrooms. Sea Crab Soup will increase Fire Resistance by 10% and Fire Resistance by 290 for 900 seconds or 15 minutes. This is ideal for use against enemies that deal fire damage.
