Stephanie Beatrice (Encanto, Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Thomas Haden Church (Spider-Man, Hellboy) and Neve Campbell (Scream, House of Cards) to star in live-action adaptation of Twisted Metal starring Anthony Mackie.
Produced by Sony Pictures Television, PlayStation Productions and Universal Television for the Peacock streaming platform, the Twisted Metal television series is written by Cobra Kai writer Michael Jonathan Smith, who will also serve as showrunner. Will Arnett and Mark Foreman, who helped create the project, are executive producers through their company Electric Avenue. Please note that Kitao Sakurai (The Eric Andre Show, Bad Ride) will direct several episodes.

Stephanie Beatrice will play Quiet, a fierce and badass car thief who acts on pure instinct. Coming from a community that silenced her, she wants to find her place in a dark and chaotic world. But, blinded by her lust for revenge, Quiet forms an unlikely and hostile bond with Twisted Metal’s main character. Thomas Haden Church will play Agent Stone, a cold-blooded and relentless patrolman who rules the roads with an iron fist, investigating the smallest crimes with the harshest sentences. This one will stop at nothing to bring law and order to the divided states of America, and will kill anyone in his path who defies his authority. Finally, Neve Campbell will play the role of Raven, John Doe’s “ally”.
