Uber offers a detailed view of user ratings. Possibility to learn a little more about notes left by drivers.
When you take an Uber, the system asks you to leave a note for your driver, and your driver also leaves a note for you. This allows both parties to evaluate each other for the time spent together in the same car. And subsequently, a driver with a below-average rating could be abandoned in favor of another with a super-average. Conversely, it may be more difficult for a passenger with a fairly low rating to find one driver than another.

That being said, if you’d like more details on your points distribution, you might be interested to hear that the service has just announced that it will provide more details. In particular, users will be able to know the distribution of ratings received from different drivers.

According to an official Uber statement: “Starting today, all Uber users can access an accurate view of their grades in the new Privacy Center in the Uber app. You can see how many drivers have given you 5 stars, how many have given you only one star, and everything in between.” Unlike comments and ratings on Amazon, the system implemented by Uber does not allow you to see any comments.
Here, users can only see the number of stars received, the average rating, the number of hits, and the like. Uber clarifies that these statistics are not necessarily real-time. That is, you will not be able to tell which driver left you which note, but this is at least an interesting sight.
