The Ubisoft Executive Committee is expanding and strengthening to support and accelerate the strategic transformation.
While there are rumors of a potential tie-up with a stock exchange investment fund, Ubisoft aims to take its biggest brands to new heights with ambitious strategies, creating memorable and lasting gaming experiences that will meet the growing expectations of gamers, especially in terms of personal expression and social experience, significantly expand its audience by expanding its platforms, geography and business models, expand its portfolio, in particular by creating new brands within the company, continue to receive more and more regular income and strengthen its influence through its culture and values thanks to the arrival of new faces in the executive committee.

New Members of the Ubisoft Executive Committee
- Sandrine Caloiaro, Director of Portfolio Management: She leads the newly formed Brand Portfolio Management team, tasked with helping develop a portfolio of strong and diversified brands that meet player expectations.
- Alain Corret, Chief Publisher: Working closely with production, he leads and supports Global Publishing teams in developing brand strategies to inform, engage and serve players worldwide and accelerate the publisher’s growth.
- Laurent Detok, Director of Player Relations: He oversees both Ubisoft+ operations and the Ubisoft Store, and works closely with the Ubisoft Connect teams to ensure that the services offered are fully in line with players’ expectations.
- Jean-Michel Detoc, Director of Mobile Technology: He is responsible for Ubisoft’s mobile strategy and the implementation of AAA franchises for mobile, the fastest growing segment of the video game industry. During his 30-year career with the group, he has played a key role in positioning Ubisoft in the Chinese and German markets and has worked in all aspects of the video game industry.
- Frédéric Duguet, Director of Corporate Finance: He has contributed to Ubisoft’s cash flow and financial maturity, in particular by overseeing the issuance of financial bonds under exceptional terms.
- Anika Grant, Human Resources Director: Her mission is to implement innovative strategies to attract, develop and engage the best talent while driving the effectiveness of the Ubisoft organization.
- Caroline Zhanter, Chief Executive Officer: she is responsible for defining the structure and overall principles of the group’s identity in order to align and guide Ubisoft teams in their strategic and operational decisions to enable Ubisoft to reach its full creative potential and better respond to the great challenges of our time
