The Oppo Reno 7 series was launched in China back in November 2021 with three models: Oppo Reno 7, Reno 7 Pro and Reno 7 SE. A few weeks ago, the Oppo Reno 7 5G and Reno 7 Pro 5G smartphones were released as the latest devices in the Reno series. Now the company is preparing to launch a new device in the series called Oppo Reno 7Z.
The Reno 7Z was previously spotted on the Geekbench website with key information such as processor, OS version, RAM and more. Now, the official design and renders of the phone have been leaked online. Let’s take a look at the recently leaked images of the upcoming Oppo Reno 7Z.
Oppo Reno 7Z official images leaked online
A Twitter account with the username @TheLeaks3 has posted several images of the upcoming Oppo Reno 7Z smartphone. In the images, we see the phone in three color options: soft gold, black, and gradient color. In addition, we can tell from the images that the device will have flat sides and a triple rear camera setup. On the left side, it looks like the phone will come with a SIM tray as well as volume controls, while on the right side, the phone will have a power button. In addition, the leaked images also confirm the side punch cutout. Also, the images don’t provide much information.
Expected characteristics
According to previous leaks, the Oppo Reno 7Z will feature a Snapdragon 480+ octa-core processor and an Adreno 619 GPU. It is also a 5G capable SoC. The Geekbench listing has also confirmed 8GB of RAM and it is expected to run Android 11 out of the box. The phone is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
We should hear more about the Oppo Reno 7Z in the coming days as the device gets closer to launch. The Reno 7Z is expected to launch in China first.
